NOTARY FEES
The rates below apply to notary or loan signing services performed Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00am to 7:00pm. For quotes on all after-hour and holiday services, please contact our office by calling or sending a text message (757) 447-6080 or through email at info@jaglobalservices.com.

There are additional fees for any applicable toll or parking fees and any office service requested, to include a fee for the retrieval or delivery of electronic documentation.
Estate planning document price is dependent upon length of appointment, number of signers, and number of pages. Please contact us for an accurate quote.

Full fees apply for no-show after waiting 30 minutes.
Full fees apply for client’s refusal to sign.
Travel fee will still apply if the signing does not occur for any reason after notary arrives and/or if the appointment is cancelled less than 30 minutes prior to scheduled time.
A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if the appointment is cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled appointment.

The eNotary/RON Administrative fees subsidize the online vendor charges assessed to the notary for performing the notarial act.
